This is Wild Rose Maine.
In March of 2024 we bought a beautiful ~1.5 acre plot of land on the coast of Maine.
You can see both sunrise and sunset from the land.
There is a small somewhat rocky, somewhat sandy beach on the land.
The plot is <90 minutes away from ✈️ BGR and <3 hrs from ✈️ PWM.
~4.5 hours from Boston (as long as you are coming from the North side of town, you know about Boston traffic in the summer right? Thus the ~).
Acadia National Park is a 40 minute drive away, or a 45 minute ferry ride from Winter Harbor to Bar Harbor.

Our goal is to build a hand crafted lodging experience on Maine's rocky coast. Nestled up against Acadia National Park on the Schoodic Peninsula.
This publication is being launched to not only share our vision for the land, but also to take you on this exploratory journey to see what happens when people do something crazy like buy raw land and THEN set out to find out if it is viable to build a extraordinary, small hospitality project there.
